Taylor ISD’s athletic program is under the direction of Athletic Director Rusty Purser. On the high school level, the Ducks compete in District 18-3A. The Ducks share their new district with Navasota, Madisonville, Rockdale, Caldwell, College Station. Boys on the junior high and high school level can compete in football, tennis, cross country, basketball, baseball, golf, soccer, track and powerlifting. Girls in can take part in volleyball, cross country, basketball, softball, golf, tennis, soccer, track and powerlifting.
